01 Feb Invitation to participate in the training ‘CRM softwares’
The University of Belgrade, as one of the partners in the DanubePeerChains project, is organizing a training about ‘CRM softwares’, as part of the implementation of the planned activities of this project.
The training will be held on February 7, starting at 10 am, at the address Kneza Miloša 12, and in cooperation with Center for Digital Transformation. The trainer is Milena Sretić.
The training will include a theoretical and practical part, and participants will get acquainted with the process of Customer Relationship Management (CRM), process automation and digitization of CRM systems in the organization, and have the opportunity to define, through the workshop, customization on the example of CRM application software and/or define the creation of a new one.
Local trainings organized by the DanubePeerChains project partners are intended for representatives of SMEs, industry representatives, and entrepreneurs. The aim of these trainings is to introduce and apply knowledge in the field of digital transformation in all aspects of a company’s business, making them an important part of transnational value chains.
