Master Program in Intellectual Property Law in China

China’s National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) has opened an application for all interested candidates for a two-year master program in intellectual property rights. The master program is sponsored by the Chinese Government as an important element of the implementation of the Joint Statement of Pragmatic Cooperation in the Field of Intellectual Property among Countries along the “Belt and Road”

The Intellectual Property Office invites candidates to apply for the program, and the criteria are as follows:

  • at least two years of working experience in intellectual property;
  • university degree resulting from at least four-year program;
  • fluent in English;
  • not older than 40 years.

In the first year of study, the selected candidates will stay at prestigious universities in China, unless the Covid-19 pandemic is extended, which means that the first year of the program will be realized online and that the selected candidates will not receive scholarships.

You can find all the necessary information and explanations at the following two links: Annex1 i Annex2 , and if you have additional questions, you can contact Tatjana Stevanović at tstevanovic@zis.gov.rs or at 2025 951.
