To be honest, in the business world knowing the right people is often an essential element towards a road to success.
Pilot program “Western Balkans Mobility Fund” initiated by German Corporation for International Cooperation (GIZ), together with 11 regional partners aims to do just that!
During the program tenure, participants will have an opportunity to meet investors, business partners and other start-ups from the region, which will create an opportunity for cooperation.

Here are the rules:
- The Mobility Fund committee selects and publishes offerings, in collaboration with the partners, on a quarterly basis.
- Upon selection, qualified participants will be offered a mobility contract, reimbursing expenses of travel and participation up to EUR 800. The booking of travel happens in coordination with GIZ staff in the respective countries.
- Accommodation for the duration of participation is to be self-funded or otherwise arranged by the participants.
- Upon completion of participation, selected participants are required to submit a blog or video entry about their trip and lessons learned.
- Each individual participant is eligible for one Mobility Fund support grant per year.
