11 innovative projects from the Univeristy of Belgrade have already received mentor and financial support. Apply and be the next one!

Researchers at the University of Belgrade have achieved great success thanks to their inventions. Within the Technology Transfer Program, even 11 projects from the University of Belgrade received mentoring and financial support of over 200 thousand euros. Since the beginning of the program, Center for Technology Transfer has assisted and continues to assist in applying and realization of the project, as well as during the further process of commercialization of the invention.

The Technology Transfer Program is realized in order to identify research with commercial potential. Further support aims to enhance the commercial readiness of the invention.

The following projects from the University of Belgrade have been supported so far:

  1. Prototyping of new generation of ergonomically adapted crane cabins’ chairs (Faculty of Mechanical Engineering)
  2. Multifunctional Colour Catcher Balls (Faculty of Technology and Metallurgy)
  3. Prototype of the Instrument for Measurement of Thermal Conductivity of Multicomponent Liquid Mixtures (Faculty of Technology and Metallurgy)
  4. Hydrogen Sorption Analyser HSA-ULNS (Vinča Institute of Nuclear Sciences)
  5. Active packaging: Biodegradable coatings/films from agricultural by-products (Institute for Multidisciplinary Research-University of Belgrade)
  6. Prototyping of minimally invasive catheter (School of Medicine)
  7. Hydrogels with synthesized lignin oligomers as antimicrobials and wound healing agents (Institute for multidisciplinary research )
  8. Prototype for detection of bacterial exotoxins from blood using glass nanopores (Faculty of Biology)
  9. Modular Vegetation Wall (Faculty of Architecture)
  10. Antimicrobial active pharmaceutical and cosmetic packaging (The Innovation Center of the Faculty of Technology and Metallurgy)
  11. New Anti-viral Agent (Institute of Chemistry, Technology and Metallurgy)

After the completion of the pilot phase, the Technology Transfer Program has become a permanent program of the Innovation Fund, and the call is continuously open throughout the year.
