With the same vigour with which Sarajevo “Sales & growth-hacking” workshop was conducted, this week in Belgrade we plan to do the same!
Centre for Technology Transfer University of Belgrade was the host of the 3-day workshop. Aside from the Centre team, two members of the Serbian startup community were also present:
Jana Tufegdžić from Whisperr -a, and Dragana Jovčić from Uradi Zaradi
During previous occasion, we had an opportunity to learn more about the significance of marketing especially for startups, the way data is collected and used, role of the landing page, growth plan and most importantly how to organise your business.
This time, “Startup Financing” is the name of the game. Participants had an opportunity to learn more about:
- Fundraising
- Pitching
- Creation of the client list
- How to find an investor
- How to communicate with investors
- How to identify and mitigate key risks
Last day was reserved for the training of hub managers who are supporting the startups. Trought “train of trainers” approach, managers acquired additional knowledge and by doing so they will be able to provide much stronger support to startups on their way to stardom.
