University of Belgrade as a member of The Pan-European Seal Programme – Great Opportunity for Paid Student Internship

Center for Technology Transfer initiative on engagement of the University of Belgrade in the Pan-European Seal Professional Traineeship Programme was successfully finished, since the University became the member of the Programme. This way, high-achieving young graduates of the University of Belgrade are offered the opportunity to gain over one year paid internship, valuable on-the-job professional work experience in the multicultural environments of the EUIPO and EPO.

The purpose of the Pan-European Seal programme is to spot IP talent early in Europe’s brightest and highest-achieving graduates. Targeting young, aspiring IP professionals, it offers them year-long paid traineeship posts sponsored by the EPO and the EUIPO. Trainees also receive on-the-job coaching from staff, and have access to online training and, if applicable, language courses.

At the end of each Pan-European Seal programme, a ceremony is held at each Office to award the 10 best trainees with a merit diploma, while the rest receive attendance diplomas.
Thanks to this membership, University of Belgrade is entitled to submit, by no later than 30 April each year, a shortlist of 10 deserving candidates – five for the EPO and five for the EUIPO – selected according to the University of Belgrade’s individual criteria. Training takes place at the EPO or at the EUIPO, and trainees are paid a monthly training allowance, as well as other benefits. Candidates can only be accepted if proposed by the University of Belgrade.

Center for Technology Transfer of University of Belgrade will open the application in mid-April, and we invite you to follow the news on our website, Facebook and LinkedIn pages to apply on time.

You can find more information about the Programme and the application procedure on the official website of the Programme.
