22 Jan Invitation to participate in the training ‘Management in the service of business’
The University of Belgrade, as one of the partners in the DanubePeerChains project, is organizing a training on ‘Management in the service of business – what is a mandatory HR inventory for a successful business?’, as part of the implementation of the planned activities of this project.
The training will be held on January 29, starting at 10 am, at the address Kneza Miloša 12, and in cooperation with Center for Digital Transformation. The trainer is Nataša Stamenković.
The training is intended for everyone who creates the HR infrastructure of a successful business, and the trainer will introduce participants to the optimal organization of the company and the number of employees, efficient recruitment of desired talents, employer brand development, important legislation, models of employee motivation and rewarding.
Local trainings organized by the DanubePeerChains project partners are intended for representatives of SMEs, industry representatives, and entrepreneurs. The aim of these trainings is to introduce and apply knowledge in the field of digital transformation in all aspects of a company’s business, making them an important part of transnational value chains.
