03 Feb ”Management in the service of business” Training
The University of Belgrade organized practical training on “Management in the service of business” on January 29, in cooperation with the Center for Digital Transformation.
The interactive training brought together participants who create the HR infrastructure of a successful business. The training aims to acquaint the participants with the benefits of digitalization and encourage them to introduce digital transformation processes in their daily business in order to maximize the speed of internal processes and make them more efficient.
As part of this training, which Nataša Stamenković held, the participants were introduced to the optimal organization of the company and optimization of the number of employees, development of a recognizable brand, but also efficient recruitment of desired talents.
This was another in a series of trainings organized and implemented by the University of Belgrade within the activities of the DanubePeerChains project, in which it participates as a project partner.
