Waiting time at checkout lines is definitely the reason why many of us do not like to do shopping in retail stores. Just when the work day ends, we have to go to the supermarket and lose time waiting in line. But, a new system that allows customers to take full carts of products, pay and leave the store in just one minute, using only a smartphone has been designed.
Customers can scan products they have chosen with their phone and pay using a QR code. QR code is a two-dimensional barcode that is increasingly being used to speed up the registration of participants at large gatherings, then for various promotions, actions and competitions. Now this code has started being used in stores.
Customers with a special application can create and synchronize shopping lists, organize information, promotions and special offers, and manage their purchase history. When selecting items, they only scan them with the camera on the phone and with the application finish their purchase. No more lines and waste of time before you go home!
