Mnogi ljudi mešaju pojam vlasništva nad Intelektualnom Svojinom (IS) sa pronalazaštvom ili autorstvom, ili ponekad jednostavno nisu svesni njihove različite prirode. Ovaj informator ima za cilj da pojasni pojmove vlasništva, pronalazaštva i autorstva, tako što će objasniti različite karakteristike istih kao i pružiti uvid u način na koji ih je potrebno tretirati, kako bi svaka osoba koja je uključena u kreiranje intelektualnog dobra, mogla pravilno da ih identifikuje i time izbegne potencijalne probleme.

BOSS methodology

The self-assessment methodology developed by the BOSS project anticipates all the issues either a student, researcher, teacher or an entrepreneur can face when transforming an idea or research into a business opportunity. It offers users the possibility to self-assess their projects in two layers measuring innovation maturity and business opportunity potential. The tool is divided in 6 dimensions (technology, team, market, unique value proposition, IP, financials) covering the major points for assessment for an objective evaluation and benchmark of the project.

Regional profile – Serbia

A major challenge for the sustainable economic and social development in the Danube region is the difficulty in accessing finance for small and micro enterprises. This is why CrowdFUNDING to mainSTREAM Innovation project focuses on improvement of effectiveness of public/private business-support for innovative spin-offs and social enterprises to access qualitative alternative financing (crowdfunding). One of the important steps towards establishment of sustainable crowdfunding ecosystem is market and investment analysis in Serbia presented in a study “Regional Profile – Serbia”. This publication is a great material for those who want to become familiar with Serbian economy, SWOT analysis of crowdfunding potential, legal framework as well as with good practice examples of successful crowdfunding campaigns.

Regional Market Analyses on Crowdfunding – Serbia

Through the CrowdFUNDING to mainSTREAM Innovation project, analysis of Serbian market has been conducted. This publication includes analysis of different stakeholders such as crowdfunding platforms, finance stakeholders, public and intermediaries and all other parties that could use this type of alternative finance. The stakeholder mapping results together with the analysis of local good practice examples of successful crowdfunding campaigns give a first picture of the achievements and challenges and market readiness for alternative finance mechanisms in Serbia. Summary of Regional Stakeholder Meetings – Serbia

Through the involvement of active and relevant stakeholders in workshops and meetings, results of the analysis phase were discussed and learnings for further development of the Regional Action Plans and a transnational development strategy for CF in the Danube Region were produced. This document summarises the most relevant results from the stakeholder involvement activities, which will be a main input for the development of strategical visions for further development of CF environments in all project regions in the Danube area.

Crowdfunding in the Danube Region – Baseline Study

This baseline study gives an overview over the main crowdfunding types in the nine partner regions in the project CrowdStream (Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovenia, Slovakia, Serbia, Montenegro). It provides an explanation on crowdfunding concept, it describes non-financial (donation and reward-based) and financial (loan- and equity-based) local crowdfunding platforms throughout the regions, and presents a summary of SWOT analyses from the partner regions.

Crowdfunding Visions – Serbia

University of Belgrade conducted analysis of local conditions and stakeholder involvement (startups, hubs, business incubators, universities, research institutions, students, government authorities, etc.) resulting in the creation of Crowdfunding Visions for Serbia. Visions address the strategic development goals to improve local “crowdfunding environment” in a long-term perspective. In the context of the CrowdStream project, the “Crowdfunding Visions” are based on existing research results and targeted at the needs of the project target groups.

Regional Action Plan – Serbia

Within the CrowdStream project, each partner region has implemented process of analysis of local conditions, stakeholder involvement and definition of long-term targets on Crowdfunding. These activities lead to the formulation of the Regional Action Plan (RAP) on the basis of the following inputs.

Policy recommendations

This compilation of transnational strategic recommendations for the improvement of access to crowdfunding for innovative SMEs, start-ups and social enterprises is based on the analyses performed by the CrowdStream project partners in the course of project implementation in a series of strategic project outputs, such as regional profiles, regional market analyses, pilot actions and regional action plans for each of the partner regions.

Ova publikacija Svetske organizacije za intelektualnu svojinu je svojevrstan vodič za intelektualnu svojinu.
